Shipping policy

Our standard shipping policy: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We offer economy and expedited shipping options at checkout; shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Domestic deliveries typically arrive in 3–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery times vary by country and may take 7–21 business days. Please allow extra time during peak seasons—delays due to customs or carrier issues are outside our control. If an order is lost or significantly delayed, contact our support team and we’ll assist with tracking or replacement. Note: shipping charges are non-refundable unless we error on our part.
